This little tutorial video is one I put together. There is nothing fancy going on. The book uses standard printer paper and a laser printer. The cover is just heavy card (I didn't create a printed cover, just one for protecting the book.
Finally, I used 5 minute epoxy for gluing it all together to create a strong bond that would cure quickly. Probably not the best solution for a strong flexible glue, but it has worked well for my quickie books and they are holding up well to regular use.
The jig shown is also very simple in design. I did not measure anything, but just used a blank page to mark where all the backstops needed to be aligned. Everything else was just eyeballed.
